Rumour: Samsung Galaxy A15 budget smartphone will get OLED display

Details about Samsung's new budget smartphone, the Galaxy A15, continue to emerge on the internet.

Here's What We Know

This time the information was shared by the Korean edition of The Elec. According to the report, Samsung decided to install in the novelty OLED-display, instead of LCD. If the rumours are confirmed, it will be the brand's first budget smartphone with such a panel. The screen should get a drop-shaped cutout Infinity U, a diagonal of 6.4 or 6.5 inches, as well as a resolution of FHD + and a refresh rate of 90 Hz.

The novelty will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 or Exynos 1430 processor (depends on the 4G or 5G version). The gadget will also be equipped with a 5000 mAh battery with 25W charging.

When to Expect

Expect the Galaxy A15 to be released in the near future. The smartphone is likely to be announced in early 2024.
