Xiaomi returned to the tablet market a few years ago. Since then, the company has released more than one gadget with a large screen. Now there is information that the Chinese manufacturer is developing a compact novelty.

Information was shared by several Xiaomi executives. We are talking about a tablet with an 8-inch screen. The device is still at an early stage of development.

Unfortunately, there are no other characteristics of the gadget. We can only assume that the tablet will run on a MediaTek or Qualcomm chip. In addition, the novelty will get a battery with support for fast charging and, possibly, a display with an increased refresh rate. The device will definitely come with HyperOS operating system.
