Few cars and poor optimisation: gamers met an early version of Assetto Corsa EVO racing simulator with mixed reviews

Yesterday (16 January) Kunos Simulazioni studio released the ambitious racing game Assetto Corsa EVO in Steam Early Access. Its trailers attracted a lot of attention from fans of car simulators, and the developers promised to take the genre to a new level. And although they warned that not all the ideas and features will be realised in the early version, the result was more disappointing than gamers expected.
Here's What We Know
Assetto Corsa EVO received "mixed reviews" on Steam - only 63% of players were satisfied with the game.

Having analysed gamers' reviews, we can conclude that Assetto Corsa EVO has two prevailing drawbacks: at the moment the game features only five cars out of 20 promised and it's obviously not enough to spend a long time in the game with interest, and the second drawback is already habitual for modern games - poor optimization.
Assetto Corsa EVO is quite a technologically advanced game with realistic graphics and advanced car physics, but due to the fact that the developers didn't pay enough attention to optimisation, the simulator doesn't work well even on the most powerful computers.
Of course, most likely, the developers will fix both shortcomings with subsequent patches, but so far there are a lot of claims to the game.
In the nearest future Kunos Simulazioni game designers will add two cars to Assetto Corsa EVO, Fuji Speedway track and launch some event.
Until 30 January Assetto Corsa EVO can be purchased with a release discount of 20%.
