Rumours confirmed: the S Pen from the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra bundle does not support Bluetooth functionality

Earlier, there were rumours that the flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra might lose some of the features of the S Pen. Now that this top-end Samsung smartphone has been officially unveiled, this information has been confirmed and the S Pen included with the S25 Ultra no longer supports Bluetooth features.
Here's What We Know
This change may disappoint those who are used to using the S Pen to perform aerial actions and remotely control apps using gestures. With the Galaxy S25 Ultra, users won't be able to use the S Pen to remotely control the camera or perform other functions that were available on previous models.
However, despite the lack of Bluetooth, the S Pen in the Galaxy S25 Ultra remains a great drawing and handwriting tool. It features a 0.7mm tip and supports 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity, making it ideal for creating drawings and notes. Samsung made the decision to remove the Bluetooth features based on data that showed that only a small number of users were actively using the features.
Other improvements include the fact that removing the Bluetooth components in the S Pen allowed Samsung to make the Galaxy S25 Ultra more compact and lightweight, as well as increasing the screen size and improving the cooling system.
