At the Xbox Developer_Direct show, Japanese studio Team Ninja announced Ninja Gaiden 4 , a new instalment in the iconic hardcore slasher series. This particular game was Microsoft's promised surprise, but it wasn't the only one.

Here's What We Know

Right after the announcement of Ninja Gaiden 4, the developers announced the release of the Ninja Gaiden 2 Black remaster.

Team Ninja recreated the iconic 2008 game that was once released on Xbox 360 and endowed it with modern graphics, improved lighting and other advanced features of Unreal Engine 5. Thanks to this, the remaster is technically and visually as good as modern games.

The updated game is already available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox, including Game Pass.
