Huawei launches new X1 and X1 Pro routers with Wi-Fi 7 and HarmonyOS integration

Huawei has introduced new X1 and X1 Pro routers that support Wi-Fi 7. These devices not only provide high speed internet, but also offer smart features for integration into smart homes.
Here's What We Know
The main feature is the Lingxi antenna system, which replaces traditional external antennas. It consists of 11 internal antennas that provide 360-degree coverage. This approach allows the routers to actively direct the signal to the user's location, ensuring a stable connection.
The internal platform is powered by Lingxiao chips, which include a powerful processor, neural network module, and network accelerator. As a result, the routers can provide fast data processing, maintain a stable signal, and work efficiently under high network load.

The routers support Wi-Fi 7 technologies such as Multi-Link Operation for simultaneous operation in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, which provides greater speed and stability. There are also features to optimise bandwidth, such as 4K QAM and Multi-RU, and Preamble Puncture to bypass obstacles.
Both the X1 and X1 Pro feature 2.5G Ethernet ports, with the X1 Pro featuring four ports, which is ideal for connecting to a computer or gaming console. They also integrate seamlessly with HarmonyOS and support smart devices connected to your home network.
These routers are available for pre-order in China, and their sales will start on 25 April. The price varies from 599 to 899 yuan depending on the model.
