In February Ubisoft released an important update for console versions of Far Cry New Dawn, which allowed to run the shooter at 60 FPS, which made gamers very happy.

The French publisher continues to improve its games and released a similar patch for another part of the series.

Here's What We Know

Today, almost 11 years after the release, Ubisoft released an update for Far Cry 4, the only innovation of which is the ability to run the game on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series with decent performance - 60 FPS. This will make gameplay smoother and more comfortable, which in turn will simplify aiming with controllers.

By the way, the FPS Boost feature was previously used to run the game in this mode on the Xbox Series, but now it's no longer needed. Apparently, the patch release is due to GTA V, SpongeBob SquarePants, Anno 1800 and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 - there's plenty of new releases across genres coming to Xbox Game Pass in the coming weeks tomorrow (April 30).
