An idea with huge potential: LG unveiled unique frameless screens with seamless synchronisation capabilities
At Display Week 2025, which is taking place this week in California, LG unveiled a stunning prototype of frameless displays.
Here's What We Know
The Korean tech giant showed off screens created with its new Zero Bezel Micro LED technology, which allows you to create a seamless transition between multiple displays. Thus, it is possible to form a single panel of different sizes.
The displays do not have a very high resolution - only 480 × 540 pixels and a diagonal of 22 inches, refresh rate up to 144 Hz and brightness up to 1700 nits. But such technology has huge prospects and for sure in the future LG will bring it to the highest level and full-scale production. But for now, it's just a prototype with no specific release date or estimated cost.
