Todd Howard has done it! Fallout 76 now has fishing - a major update has been released for the game and the 21st season of Gone Fission has kicked off

Bethesda has released a major update for the popular MMO-shooter Fallout 76.
Here's What We Know
Simultaneously with the release of the patch in Fallout 76 started 21 season called Gone Fission.
The game added a new quest line Casting Off, which will allow you to visit a new location Topi and meet three new characters. The main innovation of the update will be fishing, which can be done at any body of water, where you can see markings in the form of bubbles. For this purpose, the developers have added a full-fledged game mechanics, as well as a system for improving fishing rods and selecting gear.
Bethesda has populated the reservoirs with a variety of fish species, as well as twelve axolotls, which will be available to catch every month (1 axolotl) during the year. By the way, some fish are so soaked in radiation that they glow.
Of course, there is also an opportunity to cook dishes from caught fish. For this purpose in Fallout 76 added a location called Fisherman's Rest, filled with strange characters. Captain Raymond Clark, nicknamed The Fisherman, will explain the basics of fishing, and his huge hand crab Linda-Lee will reward the player with legendary items for treating him to fish.
