A cool horror game in an unusual setting: Bloober Team revealed a new gameplay trailer of Cronos: The New Dawn

Bloober Team studio presented a new gameplay trailer of ambitious sci-fi horror game Cronos: The New Dawn.
Here's What We Know
Polish horror masters showed some spectacular scenes, in which the main character fights with creepy monsters, which in the game are called Orphans.
It is impossible not to mention how interesting the setting of the alternative Poland of the 1980s looks - the destroyed Krakow looks incredibly gloomy and atmospheric, and the art design favourably emphasises the aesthetics of the post-communist period with elements of retro-futurism.
From the gameplay point of view, the new horror is extremely reminiscent of Silent Hill 2 Remake, though ideologically the comparison with Dead Space is more appropriate.
Flashback
According to the plot of Cronos: The New Dawn, in the 80's there was some global catastrophe, which almost destroyed humanity, and some people turned into creepy creatures called "Orphans".
The main character is a Traveller - a member of a secret organisation whose representatives travel through time and explore the ruins of human civilisation. They look for people valuable to them and move them to their own time to improve the situation in the world.
When We Can Expect It
Cronos: The New Dawn will be released this autumn on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
