HTC is set to return to the market with a whole lineup of new smartphones
HTC is set to remind everyone of itself — at the GITEX 2025 exhibition, which is taking place in Dubai, several new models of the Wildfire series were spotted, including a gaming smartphone, which may indicate an activation of the brand after a long pause. Technical enthusiast Yasuhiro Yamane published images of yet-to-be-announced HTC devices on Twitter. According to him, an official release is expected this fall.

One of the novelties looks like a typical gaming smartphone. It has a black back panel with red accents, runs on the Unisoc T765 chipset, and is equipped with a 5600mAh battery. It could become a budget gaming solution. The smartphone's cameras include a main 50 MP sensor and a 16 MP front one. Other technical characteristics have not been disclosed yet.
Besides the gaming model, four more smartphone variants of the Wildfire series were presented at the HTC stand — each with a unique camera module design. A device with a protected body, probably for use in extreme conditions, was also spotted.
More information about the new HTC smartphones is expected to emerge in the coming weeks. If the company is indeed returning with an updated portfolio, it could be an interesting event for the Android device market.
