Casio has opened pre-orders on two limited-edition G-Shock watches tied to Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu, the theatrical film hitting cinemas on May 22, 2026. The GM2100-1ASW costs $220 and a Baby-G Grogu model, the BA110YK-3ASW, is priced at $130. Both are available now at G-SHOCK authorized retailers and gshock.casio.com.

The watches

The GM2100-1ASW is built on the existing GM-2100 "CasiOak" platform — the octagonal case shape that's become one of G-Shock's most recognizable silhouettes. The steel bezel gets a muted grey coating meant to evoke Beskar, the fictional armored metal central to the Mandalorian storyline. Dimensions are 49.3 × 44.4 × 11.8 mm at 72 g, with a polymer strap. Specs are otherwise identical to the standard GM-2100: 200m water resistance, shock protection, world time across 31 time zones, a 1/100-second stopwatch, countdown timer, five daily alarms, and dual LED backlighting. Battery life runs roughly three years on a pair of SR726W cells.

The BA-110 Grogu edition is a Baby-G — a smaller, lighter platform — finished in green to match the character's coloring. At $130, it targets a different buyer than the steel-bezeled GM-2100, and Casio's campaign pairs both models with a father-daughter commercial produced with Lucasfilm, leaning into the Din Djarin–Grogu found-family arc that's driven the series' appeal across age groups.

The stand

The real differentiator here isn't the colorway — it's the accessory. Each watch ships with a Bounty Hunter ID Card that folds magnetically into a 3D display stand. Casio's announcement describes it as a first for any G-Shock collaboration. It's a small detail, but it shifts these from licensed fashion items into something closer to a display piece — useful if you'd rather put it on a shelf than your wrist.

Availability

Pre-orders are live now in the US at G-SHOCK's SoHo flagship, authorized dealers, and the official site. UK and EU customers can expect availability from May 1, 2026, though local pricing beyond the US dollar figures hasn't been confirmed yet. Both watches are designed to be worn daily — full shock and water protection intact — so the collectible packaging doesn't come at the cost of durability.
