Cuktech CP Modular Fan Plus: a $26 fan that charges your phone faster than your wall adapter
Chinese power-bank maker Cuktech has launched the CP Modular Fan Plus in its home market at 179 yuan — roughly $26. The device pairs a high-airflow handheld fan with a 10,000mAh battery pack that pushes 33W fast charging, matching or beating many standalone wall adapters. There's no Western retail date confirmed yet, but the hardware is worth knowing about before the summer heat arrives.
The modular angle
The headline feature is Cuktech's proprietary Power-Pin magnetic interface. It lets you snap on extra battery units or extension cables, so the device grows with your needs rather than forcing a fixed form factor. Modular phones never caught on, but on a travel accessory this approach makes practical sense — pack light one day, extend runtime the next.

The numbers
Inside sits a three-phase brushless motor that pushes airflow up to 11 m/s — around 25 mph. Cuktech claims that's a 40% improvement over earlier models, achieved with 75% less energy draw, thanks to what it calls "turbocharged vortex" airflow tech. Three speed settings plus a Boost mode cover everything from a gentle breeze to instant cool-down. On the lowest setting, the dual 5,000mAh cells deliver up to 37 hours of runtime — several days of commuter use without looking for a socket.
The power-bank side supports PD, PPS, and MiPPS fast-charging protocols at up to 33W. Pass-through charging means you can top up your phone and recharge the fan itself at the same time.

Availability
Right now the CP Modular Fan Plus is a China-only launch. Cuktech has no official US or UK storefront; its products typically surface on AliExpress and Banggood through third-party sellers. An earlier model, the CP BF01, reached Banggood at $13.99, so a similar path is plausible — but no timeline has been announced. For now, comparable 33W chargers from Xiaomi and Anker are readily available in the US and UK for $20–30, though none doubles as a fan.
At $26 in China, the CP Modular Fan Plus sits in an almost empty category. Whether it arrives in Western markets before summer is anyone's guess.
