Hisense's Vidda brand has announced the Power Bank C1, a 20,000 mAh portable charger capable of pushing 140W of combined output — enough to fast-charge a laptop and a phone at the same time. Each of the two ports tops out at 70W individually. The catch: Vidda operates almost entirely in China, and no US or UK retailer has been confirmed ahead of the planned July 2026 launch.

The specs

The C1 supports six fast-charging protocols, including USB Power Delivery (PD) and PPS, so it should work with most modern laptops, tablets, and phones without an adapter. A 20,000 mAh cell can realistically top up a flagship smartphone three or four times, or keep a portable projector running for a couple of hours.

A small display on the front panel shows the remaining charge percentage, current power draw on both input and output, and an estimated time to full charge or full drain — more detail than most rivals offer at a glance. The built-in charging cable doubles as a carry strap, which removes one item from the bag without adding bulk.

The design leans into a minimalist silver aesthetic that Vidda has applied across its accessory lineup.

Availability and competition

Vidda is a sub-brand of Hisense, a company well known in Western markets for its TVs. The accessory line, however, has not followed Hisense's global TV distribution. No pre-order page, CE certification, or retail partnership outside China has been announced, per ithome. Price is also still unconfirmed.

That leaves the C1 in an awkward position compared to what's already on shelves. Anker and Baseus both sell 20,000 mAh power banks with 140W-class output in the US and UK, often with full warranty coverage and next-day delivery. If Vidda wants to compete outside China, it will need pricing and distribution to match a market where buyers already have strong alternatives.

For now, the C1 is one to watch rather than one to buy — worth revisiting if Vidda confirms a Western launch later this year.
