Types of RC Cars
Monsters (Monster Trucks)
Monster trucks are most popular class of vehicles for fun. It is a model with a large ground clearance, oversized wheels, high center of gravity, respectively, very unstable. It is capable of overcoming any type of surface, ideal for jumping from ramps, slides, and just for fun at the suburban.
Buggies
Usually all-wheel drive. Able to overcome any type of surface, with the most optimal will be driving on flat ground.
That is the class which is most widely represented in competitions.
Truggies
It is something in between a buggy and a monster. Characterized by huge widely set wheels and a small ground clearance. Accordingly, this class can perfectly overcome a variety of obstacles, ramps, uneven ground, with stability worse than a buggy, but better than a monster. An excellent compromise option.
Rock Crawlers
RC Rock Crawlers are characterized by a huge clearance, huge stroke of suspension, low speed.
Designed exclusively for careful and slow overcoming of obstacles.
