Sony has confirmed the three free games coming to all PlayStation Plus tiers in June 2026, announcing them a day ahead of the usual schedule alongside the start of its annual Days of Play sale. All three titles drop on June 2 and stay available through July 6 — and the reveal arrives just weeks after Sony raised PS Plus prices for new subscribers.

The three games

Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition (PS5/PS4) is the complete version of Obsidian Entertainment's survival game in which shrunk-down humans navigate a back garden teeming with giant insects. It supports up to four-player co-op and has built a large following on Xbox Game Pass — this is its broadest PlayStation push yet.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 (PS5/PS4) is a platform fighter in the vein of Super Smash Bros., pulling characters from across Nickelodeon's cartoon library. It's the most accessible pick of the three, aimed squarely at family play sessions.

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide (PS5 only) is a four-player co-op horde shooter set in Games Workshop's sci-fi universe. Developed by Fatshark — the studio behind the Vermintide series — it rides momentum from Space Marine 2's breakout success last year. Note that this one is PS5 exclusive; PS4 owners get the other two titles only.

What else is in play

PS Plus Extra and Premium subscribers get an additional bonus: Destiny 2: Legacy Collection joins those tiers on June 9. Bungie is releasing the game's final major content update the same day, making this effectively the complete and definitive edition of Destiny 2 as active development wraps up.

EA Sports FC 26 is also staying on PS Plus longer than expected — its window extends through June 16, timed to the launch of The World's Game update on June 4, which adds a 48-national-team tournament mode.

The full June lineup for Extra and Premium subscribers will be announced separately by Sony in the coming weeks, per PlayStation Blog. As PSLifestyle notes, the early reveal is tied directly to the Days of Play promotional event, which runs May 27 through June 10.
