Sony has announced three new PlayStation accessories aimed at building out a desktop gaming setup: a 27-inch gaming monitor, the FlexStrike Wireless Fight Stick, and Pulse Elevate Wireless Speakers. The monitor lands August 27 at $349.99 — but only in the US and Japan. The fight stick arrives globally on August 6, priced at $199.99 / £179.99, per the PlayStation Blog official.

The monitor

The PlayStation Gaming Monitor is a 27-inch QHD (2560×1440) IPS panel with VRR support. It runs at up to 120Hz when connected to a PS5 or PS5 Pro, and up to 240Hz on a compatible PC or Mac. Ports include two HDMI 2.1, one DisplayPort 1.4, two USB-A, and one USB-C with PlayStation Link — Sony's wireless protocol for connecting headsets, speakers, and other accessories without Bluetooth pairing. A built-in inductive cradle at the base charges a DualSense controller while you play.

US pre-orders open June 5 at PlayStation Direct and Best Buy. UK and EU buyers have no launch date — Sony confirmed the initial rollout is US and Japan only.

The fight stick

The FlexStrike Wireless Fight Stick targets PS5 and PC players who want a competition-style arcade layout without the bulk. It ships with a carry case and a built-in battery. Pre-orders open June 12 globally; the August 6 launch date coincides with the release of Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, which is clearly not a coincidence. At £179.99 in the UK, it undercuts rivals like the Mad Catz TE3+ and Nacon Revolution Unlimited Pro, though TechRadar's hands-on notes it's designed for newcomers rather than tournament veterans.

The speakers

The Pulse Elevate Wireless Speakers use the same audio technology found in Sony's Pulse Explore and Pulse Elite headsets and are positioned as the natural companion to the new monitor. They connect via PlayStation Link. Sony hasn't confirmed a price yet — one estimate puts them around $149.99 / £119.99, in line with the rest of the Pulse range, but that's unconfirmed. Availability is "later in 2026," with no specific date given. They'll come in black and white.

The monitor's absence from European markets is the main caveat here. The desktop ecosystem Sony is pitching — monitor, speakers, fight stick, all tied together by PlayStation Link — only arrives in full in the US and Japan this summer. UK and EU buyers can get the fight stick now and the speakers eventually, but the centrepiece of the setup remains unavailable with no confirmed timeline for a European release.
