Samsung's next budget flagship is coming into focus. High-quality renders of the Galaxy S26 FE have surfaced via Android Headlines, showing the phone in three colors — Graphite, Aqua Green, and a blue-purple — ahead of an expected September 1 launch. The timing matters: that date lands squarely in the back-to-school window, giving Samsung a potential head start before Apple's iPhone 18 cycle kicks off.
The look
The renders confirm a flat aluminum frame and a unified vertical camera module sitting in the upper-left corner of the back panel — the same arrangement Samsung used on the flagship S26 series. Individual camera sensors no longer protrude separately; they're grouped into a single island, with the flash placed just outside it. Power and volume buttons sit on the right side of the frame. It's a cleaner design than earlier FE models, and one that visually aligns the cheaper phone with its pricier siblings.

The chip and specs
Under the hood, leaked specs point to Samsung's own Exynos 2500 — a 10-core chip built on a 3nm process — replacing the Snapdragon variants used in some previous FE editions. That swap may raise eyebrows: Samsung's in-house silicon has historically attracted skepticism in benchmark-focused markets, though SamMobile suggests the Exynos 2500 has more thermal headroom in a flat-form device than it showed in the Galaxy Z Flip 7.
Other expected specs: a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 4,900mAh battery, 45W wired charging, and One UI 9.0 based on Android 17.

European pricing is confirmed at €800 for the 128GB model — around €50–€150 more per tier than the S25 FE at launch. For the UK, estimates land at £520–£570 at launch; US buyers are looking at roughly $650–$700. Neither Samsung UK nor Samsung US has officially confirmed pricing or retail availability. Worth noting: the S25 FE launched at £649 and dropped to around £440 within 12 months — a 33% fall, per Gagadget. Early adopters on the S26 FE will have a narrower margin before the inevitable discount cycle repeats.
