A couple of months ago Google announced in the U.S. and Canada low-cost TWS headphones Pixel Buds A, and now is going to release the novelty in the global market.
Sales of Pixel Buds A will start August 26 in two colors: Clearly White and Dark Olive. The headphones will be available in India, Japan, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, UK and Taiwan. In Europe, the novelty will ask for 99 euros.
Recall, Pixel Buds A are a simplified version of the usual Pixel Buds. The headphones have the same look, the same 12-mm drivers, IPX4 protection and even a similar battery life: 5 hours without the case, and up to 24 hours with it. Google also left out the Pixel Buds A's Fast Pair smartphone connectivity and Adaptive Sound technology, which adjusts the sound depending on the environment.
Among the differences of Pixel Buds A is the absence of wireless charging. In addition, the novelty has no Attention Alerts and the ability to change the sound directly from the headphones.
