Samsung has shown a prototype of the flexible Galaxy Fold smartphone that folds down on both sides

Samsung earlier this month announced foldable smartphones Galaxy Fold 3 and Galaxy Flip 3, and now has shown a prototype of another interesting new product.

What kind of device 

We are talking about a device that folds on both sides. The prototype of the gadget was demonstrated during the event IMID 2021 (International Meeting for Information Displays).

According to the manufacturer, the smartphone has a flexible OLED-screen. When unfolded, it looks like a large tablet. The device supports multiple windows simultaneously.

The company calls such a foldable smartphone Samsung Flex In & Out. If it comes to the market, however, the name will obviously be different. Perhaps it will be the Galaxy Z Duo-Fold or the Galaxy Z Tri-Fold, for example. Unfortunately, there are no other details about the new product yet.
