The first details about the Redmi K40 Ultra have emerged

Xiaomi introduced the Redmi K30 Ultra smartphone last year, and now it is preparing to announce a new generation model. It will be called Redmi K40 Ultra.

What is known?

So far, there is not much information about the upcoming new product. It will not be the first smartphone brand Redmi with a full-fledged water protection standard IP68, because there was already Redmi Note 10 for the Japanese market. Also the flagship smartphones Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11 Pro can also boast of IP68 protection. By the way, the latter Xiaomi mistakenly sold Mi 11 Pro smartphones for $110 instead of $700.

Redmi K40 Ultra promises MIUI 12.5 Enhanced firmware along with Android 11 operating system, Snapdragon 888 mobile processor and 120-watt charging via wire. The smartphone may be unveiled along with the Redmi K40S powered by Snapdragon 870.
