The Indian division of Xiaomi on the official page of Mi India in Twitter called the software MIUI (without specifying the revision) the best firmware among all the shells.
The strengths of its own software manufacturer refers to multitasking, support for gesture control, as well as speed and smooth operation. Moreover, MIUI 12.5 Enhanced has improved CPU usage, optimized memory management, fixed 220 bugs of built-in applications and made 160 system-level improvements.
The user reaction to Mi India's Twitter post was not as the company would have liked. But note that the post hasn't been deleted yet. In the responses, Xiaomi smartphone owners gave examples of problems that were noticed in the firmware. For instance, sudden reboot Xiaomi Mi 11X and POCO F3, inability to switch between apps in Redmi Note 5 Pro, and problems in Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, which even the service center cannot handle.
