Smaller than the iPhone 13: The Samsung Galaxy S22 will be one of the most compact flagships. But the battery will have to be sacrificed for the sake of it
Renowned insider Ice Universe has shared new information about Samsung's upcoming flagships - Galaxy S22 lineup.
Compact Flagship
According to him, the base Galaxy S22 will be the most compact flagship in Samsung's range in the last few years. Its dimensions will be slightly smaller than the new iPhone 13, with a screen diagonal of 6.06 inches.
But it looks like the smartphone will have to sacrifice battery life for the sake of it. According to insider information, the Galaxy S22 will get a 3,700 mAh battery. By comparison, its predecessor Galaxy S21 has a 4000 mAh battery. The charging power will be 25W, but here the older Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra models will have faster charging at 45W.

Ice Universe also says that the S22 range uses a new design style. The S22 Ultra's screen ratio will change from 20:9 to 19.3:9, and usable area will increase. "By appearance, believe me, when you see the S22 Ultra, no other phone you will like", - promises the insider.
