Huawei may still release the Mate 50 flagships this year, as early as next month

This year  due to US sanctions and production problems Huawei has been late with the release of its flagship family: the P50 range (pictured ) was launched in July, and only recently went on sale . Moreover - this is only in Chinese market, in global market the flagships have not even been introduced yet. Due to this has raised suspicions that the new Mate 50 flagship lineup is not worth waiting for this year.

To wait or not

A new report from a senior DSCC (Display Supply Chain Consultants) expert claims that the release of the flagship Mate series is still scheduled for the fourth quarter of this year. It assures that the new products will debut as early as next month - in October.

Sounds certainly optimistic, but unlikely. Recall that Huawei announces global launch on September 21: Expect Huawei P50 or Huawei Nova 9 smartphone lineup, which will be held in Vienna. Which products are planned to be launched - is not reported, but we expect a global release of the P50 family.

Also recent rumors say that the flagship Mate 50 will also use Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, but also without support for 5G networks.
