Xiaomi introduced the Mi TV Stick set-top box to the market last summer, and now it is preparing to release its new version.
What is known
Indian insider Mukul Sharma noticed the novelty in the database of the American certification agency FCC. The novelty will get an HDMI port to connect to the TV and design like the current model. External differences include only a new brand logo.
Most likely, all major changes will be under the hood of the device. The gadget should get a new processor, increased RAM, and support for 4K video. To recall, the current model runs the Amlogic S805Y chip with Mali 450 graphics. The device has Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 4.2, 1GB of RAM and can only play FHD-video.
