The first public version of MIUI 12.5 based on Android 12 has been released

Xiaomi has been testing the Android 12 operating system for a relatively long time, but only now has it released the first public beta of the MIUI 12.5 software with a new build of the "green robot".

The update is dated September 17, 2021. For now, it is available exclusively for the current generation flagship smartphones with the 5nm Snapdragon 888 processor and is only distributed in the Middle Kingdom.

The public beta of MIUI 12.5 with Android 12 can already be tried by owners of Xiaomi Mi 11, Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra models. The first smartphone was released back in December 2020. The other flagships appeared last spring. All three are powered by the Snapdragon 888 processor and boast a 120Hz display with WQHD+ resolution. Don't wait for the global beta release of MIUI 12.5 firmware on Android 12 operating system anytime soon.
