Xiaomi unveiled a door lock with NFC, AMOLED screen and 3D face recognition system

Xiaomi announced its flagship door lock. Like the refrigeratorpresented a little earlier, the novelty has a very long name - Face Recognition Smart Door Lock X.

What's the fruit?

The name of the device reflects its key feature - support for three-dimensional face recognition technology. But the user can log in using a fingerprint scanner or NFC. There are simpler ways. For example, by entering a password.

Door Lock is equipped with an AMOLED display and a 6250 mAh battery. The novelty can be integrated into HomeKit and Mijia ecosystems.

Pricing

Xiaomi will reveal the price of Face Recognition Smart Door Lock X next week. Sales of the door lock in China are scheduled to start on October 12.
