It's been a while since there has been any news about the distribution of MIUI 12.5 software for Xiaomi smartphones. In that time, the global firmware has become available for a dozen models.

Xiaomi's flagship Mi 11 Ultra received MIUI 12.5 as v12.5.7.0 RKAMIXM. The update boosted security and only brought the OS patch for August this year. At the same time, the Lite version without support for fifth-generation networks got the September patch along with firmware v12.5.6.0 RKQMIXM. The update has fixed a number of issues with the fingerprint scanner.

European and global software builds are available for the recent Xiaomi 11T Pro. They are numbered v12.5.11.0 RKDEUXM and v12. RKDMIXM respectively.
