The flagship iPhone 13 Pro smartphone based on iOS 15 operating system was remotely hacked in just 1 second.
The hack was performed by Pangu Lab hackers as part of the Tianfu Cup international cybersecurity competition. It took them just one second to perform a remote jailbreak and gain access to the device.
Hackers exploited several iOS 15 operating system vulnerabilities to crack the iPhone 13 Pro. These included the Safari exploit. It is noted that in order to access the owner's information, gallery and applications, it is necessary for the user to click on a special link.
