Following the smartphone nova 9 Huawei has announced a pair of smart watches. The novelty is called Huawei Watch GT 3 and is available in two versions: 42mm and 46mm.
The watch features a classic 1.32" or 1.46" round display with gesture control support. The case of both versions is made of stainless steel, but there is a composite panel on the back. The smaller model weighs 35g, while the larger model turned out to be 7.6g heavier.
Huawei Watch GT 3 became the first watch in the GT line that boasts a moving wheel and tactile response. Extensive interface customization options are available to users. Huawei offers over 10,000 design themes and straps in different materials: steel, leather, woven nylon and fluoroelastomer.
The battery life of the 42mm model is 7 days when used in normal mode. The 46mm version lives up to two weeks on a single charge. It is the first model in GT series with wireless charging support.
The functionality of Huawei Watch GT 3 does not surprise, but it does not disappoint either. The watch has everything that other similar gadgets have. TruSeen 5.0 technology is responsible for heart rate monitoring, and the SpO2 sensor can determine the level of saturation. The watch can measure body temperature, stress levels, track your menstrual cycle, and perform sleep monitoring. GPS is there too.
Huawei Watch GT 3 supports 100 workout modes. The watch can create a workout plan, taking into account the user's habits and physical condition. Huawei Health software is used to track performance.
The official manufacturer's recommended price for the Huawei Watch GT 3 with a 42mm display in Europe was €329. The version with a 46 mm display is priced at €349.
