John Prosser revealed the design of the new MacBook Air with a white frame around the screen and "bangs" like the MacBook Pro and iPhone

Apple last week unveiled the new MacBook Pro, and now it's getting ready to release the updated MacBook Air. Thanks to insider Jon Prosser, images and details about the new product have surfaced online.

What's known

So, the insider attributes the new MacBook Air to a display with miniLED matrix and a notch like the MacBook Pro and iPhone. It will have a webcam at with 1080p resolution. In addition, it will have a full-size keyboard, MagSafe magnetic charging support, and two ports USB-C, which will be located on the right and left sides. They will support Thunderbolt 4.

According to Prosser, the novelty will come in colors similar to the latest iMac. Interestingly, the bezel around the screen in the laptop will be white. Under the hood of the device should be installed a new proprietary M2 processor.

When to expect

We shouldn't wait for the announcement of the new MacBook Air this year. If everything goes according to plan it will be shown in the spring of 2022.
