Xiaomi will announce its first foldable smartphone on March 29 (but it's not certain)

Xiaomi the other day announced a presentation on March 29, at which they are supposed to show a lot of new devices. It seems that one of them will be a foldable smartphone.

What is known

This was reported by the Chinese publication ITHome, citing an insider from the social network Weibo. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not officially confirmed it yet. Therefore, we will know for sure as early as next week.

Recall, according to leaks, the first foldable smartphone Xiaomi will enter the experimental line Mi Mix. The device will get a look similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 2. The novelty is attributed top-of-the-line Snapdragon 888 processor, a 7-inch main screen with 120 Hz refresh rate and 108-megapixel camera. 

By the way, foldable Xiaomi smartphone out of the box will run modified version of MIUI 12, designed specifically for such form factor.
