Almost all colors of the rainbow: Sony unveils bright replacement panels for PlayStation 5 and DualSense
Sony today unveiled the official PlayStation 5 replacement panels that let you customize your console to your liking.
What do they offer?
Initially, the console was released in white, but now the range has been replenished with five attractive colors at once: Midnight Black, Cosmic Red, Nova Star (pink), Star Blue and Galactic Purple. They will be sold separately, and it will take only a couple of minutes at most to replace the case and a few simple steps - remove a regular panel and install a new one.
By the way, covers for PS5 console will be available for both PS5 with floppy drive
In addition, the DualSense wireless controller received similar colors. This way you will be able to mix colors and create original vibrant sets.
Sales start in January 2022, but not in all countries. The list of the first wave includes the USA, Canada, Great Britain, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. During the year, the company plans to start selling in other countries, but does not name specific dates.
The cost of replacement pads is $ 55.
