Kuo is confident that representatives of the iPhone 14 family, which will be released in 2022, will become iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will be the first smartphones in Apple history with a 48MP camera, and in 2023 Apple smartphones will also receive a periscope. These camera upgrades over the next two years will help increase market share, revenue and profit for Taiwanese manufacturer Largan Precision.

Unfortunately, this time the analyst was laconic and did not provide any further details. But earlier he said that 48-megapixel the camera will receive only the older models with the prefix Pro in the name. It will record video in 8K, up from 4K at present. These high-resolution 8K videos will be suitable for viewing on the Apple AR / VR headset, which is expected to be released next year, he said.
