Tether Blocks User's Wallet With USDT Cryptocurrency Over $ 1,000,000

Tether has blocked an unknown user's wallet. The USDT issuer blacklisted an address on the Ethereum network with more than $ 1,000,000 in assets.

This became known from the Dune Analytics and Etherscan services. The reasons for the blocking by the company have not yet been specified. Perhaps the address is associated with illegal financial transactions, which Tether began to fight against in 2017.

Frozen wallets cannot carry out any transactions with USDT stablecoin. In total, more than five hundred addresses have been blocked by the USDT issuer since 2017.
