TCL NXTPAPER 11: the first paper-like IPS display tablet with NXTPAPER 2.0 technology

TCL has brought many new products to MWC 2023. Among them is the TCL NXTPAPER 11 tablet.

Details

This is the company's first tablet that features NXTPAPER 2.0 technology for a 10.95-inch display. NXTPAPER was originally conceived as a kind of replacement for e-book screens that mimic paper. It certainly doesn't look like a reader, but TCL refined the technology and introduced the NXTPAPER 2.0, whose main goal is to reduce eye strain. For this purpose, the level of harmful blue radiation is even lower than the TÜV-certified levels. In addition, an anti-reflective coating, multi-layer screen protection, light diffusion and automatic brightness adjustment are provided, which is additional eye protection for prolonged use. At the same time, the display transmits a high-quality image even in bright light, provides realistic colour reproduction and deep contrast.

The tablet is equipped with a Helio P60T processor, an 8 MP front camera with a 100 degree viewing angle, an 8 MP main camera, an 8000 mAh battery with 18W charging support, two microphones and four speakers.

The novelty can be paired with the T-Pen stylus, which recognises 4,096 different pressure levels. But it will need to be purchased separately.

The TCL NXTPAPER 11 will be available in Europe from May and will then go on sale in other countries. Its price is $250.
