Garmin Instinct 2X Solar: a multi-sport smartwatch with unlimited battery life, from $450

Garmin has unveiled the new Instinct 2X Solar multi-sport smartwatch.

The novelty, like the last model, has been equipped with a solar panel. But now it doesn't just extend the life of the watch by a few days, but according to the manufacturer, it allows the device to work for an unlimited amount of time. The Instinct 2X Solar also gets a 1.1-inch monochrome display with 176×176p resolution and a shockproof case with water protection (10 ATM). The novelty features GPS, GLONASS and Galileo, as well as support for Garmin Pay contactless payments. The Instinct 2X Solar can track multiple activities as well as monitor heart rate, SpO2 and track sleep.

By the way, the watch has also received a special Tactical Edition. It features a special display mode that allows you to read with night vision devices. In addition, this model has a Stealth mode, which does not save GPS coordinates and completely disables communication, a ballistic calculator and a special switch. It can be used to quickly clear the memory of the watch.

The Garmin Instinct 2X Solar has already started selling on the company's official website. The basic version costs $450, while the Tactical Edition costs $500.
