34", WQHD+, 100Hz and 1000R - Samsung has announced ViewFinity S6 curved monitors in Europe

Samsung has unveiled curved monitors in Europe. The company presented two models as part of the ViewFinity S6 series.

The monitors have the catalogue designations ViewFinity S65UC (S34C652UAU) and ViewFinity S65VC (S34C652VAU). Both are equipped with a 34" VA panel with a resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels and a 21 to 9 ratio.

Each novelty received a curved display with a radius of curvature of 1000R. The company claims that the matrix can display 1.07 billion colours and supports AMD FreeSync technology. Flicker-Free technology removes the sensation of screen flicker, while Eye Saver Mode is responsible for reducing the negative effects of blue colour.

HDMI and DisplayPort connectors are provided for connecting consoles and set-top boxes. There are also two (S65VC) or three (S65UC) USB-C ports, one of which can transmit up to 90W to connected devices. You can connect the monitor to the internet via LAN.

Samsung did not reveal the price of the ViewFinity S65UC (S34C652UAU) and ViewFinity S65VC (S34C652VAU). Sales of the monitors in Europe will start in late summer.
