Samsung has unveiled the S49CG934: a 49-inch curved monitor with a 240Hz OLED screen

Samsung has revealed a new gaming monitor S49CG934 in China.

Here's What We Know

The novelty has a 49-inch curved OLED panel with DQHD (5120×1440) resolution, 240Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits peak brightness. The screen has a 10-bit colour depth and a DCI-P3 colour gamut of 99%. The curvature of the screen is 1800R and the response time is 0.03ms. S49CG934 has AMD FreeSunc technology and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification, which guarantees deep black colour and bright shades. Among the connectors in the novelty there are HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4 and USB-C. The monitor comes with built-in speakers and a tilt and height adjustable stand.

Samsung S49CG934 is already on sale. The novelty is priced at $1235.
