Faster than the Galaxy Watch 4, but slower than the Apple Watch Series 7: The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 will charge up to 45% in 30 minutes

The closer the presentation of Samsung, the more details about the company's new smartwatch appear online.

What we know

An insider under the nickname @_snoopytech_ revealed that the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will support fast magnetic charging with 10W power. Thanks to it, the gadgets will charge up to 45% in 30 minutes. That is faster than the current generation of watches (30% in 30 minutes), but slower than the Apple Watch Series 7 (60-65% in 30 minutes).

Recall, Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will come in 40mm, 44mm, 46mm sizes and in two versions: Bluetooth and LTE. The novelties will differ in appearance, batteries and display sizes. The gadgets should run on Insider posted screenshots of Wear OS 3.5 with One UI Watch 4.5 for Galaxy Watch 5. In Europe the watch will cost from 300 euros.
