Xiaomi at a presentation on 1 August in India showed not only the Redmi 12 5G smartphone and the Smart TV X 2023 line of Smart TVs, but also new wireless headphones.

Here's What We Know

The model has been named Redmi Sonicbass 2. The headphones received Bluetooth 5.2 with a range of up to 10 metres, 9.2 mm Superbass drivers and IPX5 protection against water droplets and sweat. The novelty supports the system of suppression of sounds during conversations (ENC) and SBC codec. On a single charge Redmi Sonicbass 2 will last up to 16 hours. The headphones are charged via USB-C port. The device has multiple control buttons including a button to launch the Google Assistant, Siri or Alexa voice assistant.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The Redmi Sonicbass 2 is already available to buy in India for $15. It is available in two colours: black and blue.
