Insider: the role-playing game Avowed from the famous Obsidian studio will not be released until the second half of 2024 at the earliest

The role-playing game Avowed from the famous studio Obsidian Entertainment was announced more than three years ago, but since then the developers have been reluctant to share details about the game, so almost nothing is known about it.

RPG fans are eagerly awaiting the release of this project and hoped that at TGA 2023 they will announce the release date of Avowed, but it did not happen.

Insider Klobrille, who "specialises" in Xbox games, in a communication with subscribers said that Avowed is still far from release and he is sure that the game will not be released before the second half of 2024.

Considering that Microsoft and Obsidian have not started a marketing campaign for the game, Klobrille's information looks even a bit optimistic, especially since Avowed is stated as an ambitious fantasy RPG with a huge number of gameplay opportunities and a non-linear plot. And a competent realisation of these visions requires a lengthy production cycle.
