Insider: Sony was indeed working on an updated version of Bloodborne for PS5 and PC, but for some reason abandoned those plans

Few console exclusives excite PC gamers as much as Bloodborne.

The game from Japanese studio FromSoftware was released in 2015 only on PS4 and immediately gained cult status.

Since then, rumours have been popping up online time and time again that the game will be released on PC "soon", but this information has never been confirmed.

Authoritative journalist and insider Imran Khan seems to draw a line under the dreams of PC-gamers.

Here's What We Know

In a discussion on the Resetera forum, Imran Khan revealed that some time ago Sony was indeed working on an updated version of Bloodborne and was going to release it not only on PS5, but also on PC. For some unknown reason, the Japanese company abandoned these plans and for several years Khan has not heard from his sources absolutely no information about Bloodborne.

The journalist emphasised that he no longer feels any optimism about porting the game.

It should be noted that recently more and more Sony games are released on PC, and Bloodborne, perhaps, like no other game will attract huge attention and will be in huge demand among gamers.
