Google Stadia fans join together in the last days of the service to give the platform a chance
We knew about the fact that the dreadful game server Google Stadia will stop its work on December 18, 2022, but now we know the exact time - 23:59 PT. There was less than a week left until her "death," so fans join in to mourn what could have been.
The Stadia community on Reddit is being revisited by longtime players of the platform to give back to it. Someone shares his gaming time in the hour of over a thousand years, which he spent in Crayta or Dead by Daylight with Destiny 2. Others are grateful to Stadia for the fact that they have turned the platform for many years. One user wrote: "As a guy who has little time for games, Stadia was wonderful for me," adding that "it's so easy to open the browser and play.
Some fans of the platform even plan to hold farewell parties. For example, a "Last Hurrah" event is being organized in Discord, where, at the time of writing, 390 participants were registered. Similarly, the plan is for everyone to gather in an open game and have a good last session with the platform on December 17, before it is officially suspended for good.
I pre-ordered the Stadia 3 years ago because I thought the technology was fascinating. It introduced me to D2 and is the reason why I met some of my best friends today and our loving communities. I made so many memories that'll last far into my next platform.

The Google Stadia platform will once again be added to the list of Google projects that did not generate enough money, and will be shut down by their creator.
