On 11 July, Microsoft won a lawsuit against the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and won the right to pursue a deal with Activision Blizzard.

Here's What We Know

Immediately after the trial, the FTC exercised its right to file an appeal. Today it became known that during its consideration, the court confirmed the legality of the deal and rejected the repeated lawsuit.
