Huawei Mate 50E: affordable semi flagship with Snapdragon 778G processor for $575

Today, in addition to the flagships Mate 50, Mate 50 Pro and Mate 50 RS Porsche Design, Huawei introduced the most affordable model of the line - Mate 50E.

Here's What We Know

Both externally and in terms of features it is the same Huawei Mate 50, but with some changes. The most important is the use of Snapdragon 778G 4G processor instead of the top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 4G.

Also the main camera has no periscope any more, but retained the basic features such as optical stabilization, proprietary image processing technology XMAGE and variable aperture from f/1.4 to f/4.0.

In addition, the younger model does not have water-resistant housing and wireless charging.

The other specs are the same as the Huawei Mate 50: a 6.7-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution (2700×1224 pixels), 90 Hz refresh rate and under-screen fingerprint scanner, a 4460 mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging, a 13 MP front camera, stereo speakers and NFC.
