After various rumours and leaks, Samsung has finally unveiled the Galaxy A55, the top-of-the-line mid-budget model of the A. The smartphone comes with a metal frame, a powerful new processor and some features usually found in the premium Galaxy S series phones.
The novelty has a 31.5-inch curved display with Fast VA panel, 1500R curvature, 2560×1440 pixels resolution and 165Hz refresh rate. The response time of the screen is 1ms. The panel supports HDR10 and Adaptive-Sync technology. The maximum brightness of the display is 300 nits. Among the ports in the novelty there are HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.2.
