Ubisoft has announced that the release of the story add-on for The Division 2 has been pushed back to 2025, but the biggest Project Resolve update will be released in early 2024

Developers from Ubisoft informed gamers about the change of plans for the development of the shooter The Division 2.

Here's What We Know

Game designers reported that the announced story add-on will be released in 2025, and instead of it all forces will be directed to the release of a large-scale free update Project Resolve.

In this update Ubisoft plans to introduce thousands of improvements and fixes that touch all elements of The Division 2.

The Division 2: Project Resolve is scheduled for release on the 6th of February, and the update will be available on test servers from the 15th of December.

After the release of Project Resolve, the developers will continue to develop the game as part of the sixth year of support for The Division 2.

Overall, the announced plan aims to globally improve every aspect of The Division to keep the game relevant and popular for a long time.
