Previously, ex-con Lawrence Sullivan, who saw a resemblance between one of the characters shown in the Grand Theft Auto VI trailer and his own image, demanded first "a couple of million" from the famous developer, then 3 million, and now he's upping the ante.

Florida Joker recorded another appeal to Rockstar Games, which he called "final warning", and this time he demanded $5 million!

If his demands are ignored, the Florida Joker has threatened to sic his lawyers on Rockstar Games and Take-Two. Sullivan has been given until 11 January, what happens next - we'll be watching, it's interesting.
