Samsung began testing the One UI 5.1 shell for the Galaxy Fold 4 smartphone

Samsung recently updated the Galaxy Fold 4 smartphone to One UI 5.0, and now it is already working on a new shell for the device.

Here's What We Know

We are talking about One UI 5.1 based on the Android 13 operating system with build number F936NKSU1CVLH. According to our colleagues from SamMobile, the system is currently undergoing internal testing.

Presumably, the stable version of the software should be released in the middle or end of February. As for the release of One UI 5.1, it will take place Ice Universe: Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra flagships at the Galaxy Unpacked presentation on February 1. According to rumors, the new shell will get expanded lock screen customization, a media player widget from Android 13 and other small but useful improvements.
